Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction Supports Optional Masking in Schools

In an interview with King 5 News, Superintendent Chris Reykdal expressed that, “It is time to make the next transition in this pandemic,” explaining that he now supports optional masking in Washington schools. While stating, “This isn’t a decision I get to make,” it’s clear that we have reached a point in this pandemic where it is time to return to normal.
